Board of Directors

 

The Corporate Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance of Gregory House Programs. The board sets and approves the annual budget, sets the mission of the agency and ensures that it is carried out. Members of the Corporate Board of Directors bear the legal and fiduciary responsibility of the agency. One of the Board’s primary duties is to select and hire the Executive Director who is the agency’s Chief Executive Officer.

Gregory House Programs’ Board of Directors holds ten meetings annually – on the third Wednesday of each month except for July and December. Directors are elected for a maximum of five consecutive years comprised to two terms. The first term is generally for three years followed by an additional two-year term.
