Rapid Re-Housing

A Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program helps people experiencing homelessness quickly exit shelters or the streets and move into permanent housing by linking them to landlords in the community. The organization provides short-term rental assistance, move-in help, and supportive services (case management, job training, and healthcare connections) for up to 12 months, focusing on rapid placement and building self-sufficiency to prevent future homelessness. Core

  • Financial Assistance: Help with first month's rent, security deposits, and short-to-medium term rent subsidies.
  • Supportive Services: Case management to connect participants with resources for employment, education, healthcare, and budgeting.
  • No Preconditions: Access to housing without requiring sobriety, income, or employment upfront.
